I had the pleasure of riding with pilot Mike and he was nothing short of amazing! Very personable, funny, and most importantly made us feel safe. Everything about the experience was beyond my expectations. They don’t just take you in the air but they give you some history on hot air ballooning and you’re even given a nice crisp mimosa upon landing. Hopefully I get to bring some friends back with me so they can have as great of an experience as I did.
Their pricing is very reasonable compared to another bigger company that has apparently been buying smaller ones out in the area. Also, their customer service is par to none. They are truly the best. A truly enjoyable experience.
What an experience this was! Of course checking off a hot air balloon ride on the bucket list was awesome, but the experience with World Balloon was amazing from the start. The employees we worked with were witty, funny, personable. Not for one minute did we feel unsafe, unsure or on edge. It was a 10/10 experience throughout the entire process. Murray the owner was excellent to learn from, from when we were in the air, up to the point of being safely on the ground and hearing all the amazing history of how the hot air balloon all started. If you’re looking for more than just an experience in the sky, World Balloon is the company to go through for a hot air balloon ride!
